Yes! Although, our primary business focus is in offering the all-in-one solution. We believe that our hosted PBX will provide your business the features and efficiency it needs, but understand that sometimes you may not be ready to get rid of your current equipment, but still need a reliable calling service. That's where we can help!
How would I be billed?
Standard service charges are billed for that month and any usage charges (8XX, international, SMS/MMS, faxing, etc.) are billed in arrears. We generate the bills on the 1st of each month. We then auto debit your credit card or ACH on the 8th. If you sign-up in the middle of a month, your bill will be a little higher, as all charges are prorated for the remainder of that month and you would be charged for the current billing month. Example: If you sign-up on July 15th, your first bill would be generated on August 1st. This August bill would include prorated charges for July 15th thru the 31st, full charges for August 1st thru the 31st and July usage charges, if any. You would then be charged the standard monthly amount starting on September 1st bill.
